Since these files are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final for downloadable content.

🎓 Online Courses & Website-Access Digital Products

For online courses or digital products that are accessed directly through our website (including members-only content and digital libraries), we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee.

If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days of your purchase, simply contact us at contacto@cursosdulcesysalados.com with your order details, and we’ll process your refund.

Keep in mind that requesting a refund via paypal or your bank can delay the process, since it can can take days/weeks for them to process any refund, so for your convenience, just contact us and we will be happy to help.

Products purchased at a discounted price or during a promotional sale follow the same refund rules:

Instant digital downloads on sale: Sales are final and Non-refundable
Courses or web-access digital products on sale: Eligible for a 7-day refund, just like regular-priced items
